Managing Millennials: How to Bring Out The Best in The New Generation of Employees

Brand New Seminar!

When: November 9th from 9AM-4PM

Where: Husson College, 340 County Road, Westbrook, Maine

No one needs to tell you that this new generation of employees poses a new set of challenges for managers and employers.

To bring out the best in today’s Millennial employee, to engagement them, requires managers to have a much more advanced and sophisticated skill set than they needed with previous generations.

In this program, you will learn what works and what doesn’t work with when it comes to Millennials and employee engagement and helping them perform at their best.

(Spoiler Alert: What you learn in this seminar will also work with your older employees).

Here’s some of what we will be covering:

  1. What this new generation is looking for in an employer and in a work experience…and how to deliver it.
  2. What motivates—and what de-motivates—Millennials.
  3. Why smart employers are customizing the employee experience and how this leads to greater productivity and greater employee engagement.
  4. How to give feedback so it’s heard—not resented.
  5. How to get them to talk about things that—if not addressed—will either result in their being demotivated or leaving.
  6. How to strike a balance between NOT being the managerial equivalent of a parent who spoils their kids and using Old School Command and Control tactics that don’t work with this generation.

Comments About About David Lee’s Work

Your program on Constructive Conversations was THE most memorable seminar I’ve ever attended, and I’ve been to a lot of training and a lot of school. It amazed me how you engaged the audience for six hours without PowerPoint.

Ingrid Lederman, DDJ Capital Management, LLC, Waltham, MA

While everyone says they will help you be more productive and get better results from your people, David is the only one I’ve worked with who really helps you get there…

Eric Henry, CEO and CIO at Hershey Trust Company

David Lee is a true professional. He captivated our audience and proved to be one of the top two speakers at our event.

Steve Klein, CEO, Marketing Breakthroughs, Ottawa, Ontario

Having seen a lot of speakers, I can’t tell you just how impressed I was by David. I even waited in line to talk with him… I learned a great deal and laughed my butt off in the process… When we have someone who is so genuine and so well prepared, we owe it to each other to spread the word…. I take it very seriously when I recommend someone else’s work and… he’s great!

Naomi Judd

I learned more in this seminar than in four others I took from (a well known national seminar company).

Jennifer Sgroi, Stonyfield Farm Yogurt, New Hampshire
